Philosophy of Work

Quality is the over arching principle that we work on. As we desire the best quality for ourselves, we wish that for our clients as well. This commitment to quality makes us a “time and material” shop. We take the all the time needed to make sure your project is the best it can be. This allows us to not “cut corners” in production. This allows us to build a relationship with our clients rather than viewing them as a contract. We can build trust with our clients instead of animosity. Time and material also allows us to use only the best of materials to give your heirloom quality that will stand the test of time.

For our custom work we will give rough estimates based on experience and outcomes. However, there are unforeseen instances where difficulties arise and we need to charge above the estimate. We will communicate that need as necessary.

Our pricing is very straight forward. We start with materials and add the number of hours for design and production, multiply the hours by our hourly shop rate and add taxes and shipping if necessary.

For our Enduring our Objects of the Past, pricing is all inclusive. Materials, labor, taxes, and shipping are all included in the price.
